Can I Pay By Credit Card?

You should pay in advance via bank transfer or with your credit/debit card. We only accept MasterCard and VISA. We accept the payment in EUR.

What Mattresses Do You Use In The Tents?

To provide hotel standards, we use comfortable foam mattresses equipped with linens and towels designed only for GPtents.

What Is The Price Of A Tent? Do I have To Pay For Extras On-Site?

The price is different for each location. Full price details are available on the event website. Included in the price is:

- A luxury tent for 2 people

- Pillows, duvets, towels and soap

- Parking and breakfast (if booked directly through our website)

- Wifi and power banks (only available in specific locations)

Camping tables and chairs are also available for additional costs.

How Can I Get To Your Campsite?

A few weeks before your arrival, you will receive an email including our guide and travel information. The full address, map and GPS location are also available on the relevant website.

When can I check In And Out?

Check-in is open from 6 AM until 10 PM from Thursday until Monday.  Check-out is strictly 10 AM. However, if you need to check in sooner or later – please write an email or call us, and we will try to accommodate. During F1 and MotoGP, check-in is possible from the morning. Check-out is strict. No later than 10 AM, as we are packing up and heading to the next race.

Can I Check Out After The Race?

We require your tent to be empty and you to be checked out by 10 AM. You can continue using the camping area and leave your belongings in the car or reception until the race ends.

Is Your Campsite Safe?

GPtents is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to property and persons during your stay. Staff will always be present and patrolling the campsite, but we recommend valuables are taken with you or locked in your vehicle.

Where Do I Park My Car?

There are designated parking areas throughout the camp, close to the tents.

How Do I Check In?

Please go to the GPtents reception with your booking confirmation when you arrive. You must fill in an accommodation card and pay any outstanding balances, allowing your tent lock and key to be issued. Each party member will be issued a wristband to wear throughout their stay. If lost or damaged, the receptionist will be able to replace them.

How Do I Check Out?

At check out, please leave the tent clean and tidy. Then take the tent lock to reception by 10 AM.  GPtents staff will check the tent and return the deposit as long as it is not damaged.

Do You Require Any Deposit For The Tent Or Equipment?

Yes. Due to bad experiences, we ask for a 100 EUR cash deposit to be paid at check-in. The deposit is repaid as long as no damage is incurred during your stay.

Do You Have Toilets And Hot Showers On-Site?

Yes, all our campsites have these sanitary facilities. There are enough toilets, showers, and hot water for all our clients, which we clean regularly.

Is There A Restaurant Or A Bar In The Camping Area?

The different venues offer different facilities, and our site-specific webpage will give more information. Some of our campsites offer a bar with beer and soft drinks  and a restaurant.

Can I Have Electricity In My Pre-Erected Tent?

Plugs in your tent is not offered, but you can borrow our GPtents power banks to charge your phone for a 20€ deposit.

What is included in the pre-Erected Tents?

We provide two comfortable single-foam mattresses, two duvets, two pillows, bed linen, two towels, and a camping lamp.

Is The Camping Loud At Night?

From midnight to 6 AM, we kindly ask our guests to keep the voices and music down so that all guests can have a good night’s sleep. The camp is not designed for partying.

Is Breakfast Included?

Yes. At every destination, we provide an excellent breakfast for our GPtents customers (not for camping). We include coffee, tea, juice, and water.  Sweet treats include cereals and cakes, bread with cheese, ham, and fruit and vegetables.

Do You Provide Tables And Chairs For Rent?

We offer chairs and tables in limited numbers only. Ask at the reception upon arrival. The price is different for each location. Please see the event details.

What If The Event Is Cancelled Or Held Behind A Closed Door?

If the event is  without spectators, the booking is automatically cancelled.

If the event goes as planned, but your plans will change, please, cancel your booking at least 60 days before the arrival date.

We Are A Group Of 20 People Going To Celebrate Life, Have A Birthday Party, And Team Building. Is GPtents A Good Service For Us?

GPtents is focused on easy-going people, couples, and small groups. We are not for party people.  For celebrations and larger group booking, we recommend other campsites such as Camping Pink, Camping Orange, and Purple on others. The maximum number in a group party we accept is 8 people.
